Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist - Per Diem
MaineHealth Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physician Associate (PA-C) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-C) to join the Hospitalist team on a Per Diem basis at Memorial Hospital, a critical access hospital located in North Conway, NH.
About the Role
Practitioners are responsible for admissions, daily rounding, acute visits, and discharges of patients, as well as ordering and interpreting laboratory data. This position offers:
- Collaborative, team-based approach to patient care
- Well-appointed 25-bed critical access hospital, part of the largest health system in Northern New England
- Fully integrated Epic EMR
- Per Diem, day shift schedule
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program, with a Master’s Degree level of education
- Current Board Certification as a PA/NP
- Active State of NH PA/NP license or eligible
- Current BCLS & ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of hospitalist or critical care experience preferred

Pay
- Internal candidates who currently hold a full-time or part-time role at MaineHealth: 120% of their current hourly rate and may be eligible for shift differentials
- External candidates or candidates who only hold per diem roles at MaineHealth: $80.00 per hour and may be eligible for shift differentials
