Physician Assistant - Sign On Bonus $15,000
We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Full-Time Weekend Warrior Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers in our Staten Island Region. Serve our Bulls Head and Dongan Hills centers as a key part of our care team. Commit to just 24 hours per week and receive full-time pay (32 hours)—plus eligibility for comprehensive benefits (medical/vision/dental). Weekend Warriors must be flexible to travel to our 16-hour centers within Staten Island. Weekend Warriors will be expected to work 16-hour shifts on any of the following days: Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday.

Pay
- $68/hour - $89/hour (experience-based range)
- Night Shift Differential: Additional $30/hr. from 8pm-12am

Schedule

Responsibilities
- Treat patients of all ages (6 months and older) in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
- Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.)
- Read EKGs and X-rays
Requirements
- 2 or more years of Full-Time experience as a Physician Assistant in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
- Experience treating patients of all ages (6 months and older)
- Comfortable with minor procedures, reading EKGs, and X-rays
