Seeking a Physician Assistant with Interventional Radiology experience to collaborate with neurointerventional radiologists, providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient patient care. Key Responsibilities Include Acting as the primary contact for referring providers, nurses, and patientsPerforming initial patient assessments, drafting histories and physicals (H&Ps), and writing pre-procedure ordersAssisting radiologists with procedures and performing minor image-guided interventions such as vascular access and biopsiesConducting post-procedure rounds, managing patient discharges, and providing outpatient follow-upConducting outpatient consultations, follow-up visits, and phone calls post-procedure or inpatient stayServing as a liaison between clinicians and patients, representing the practiceAssisting in research patient identification according to protocols Qualifications & Skills Radiology experience requiredIndependent motivation, enjoy direct patient contact, clinical proficiency in inpatient and outpatient careMust have ACLS certification and appropriate state licensurePreferred experience in neuro, critical care, ER, or surgical patient care
