Physician Assistant (Primary Care)

Responsibilities

• Work in a collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists
• Utilize innovative, integrated telehealth
• Participate in centralized care coordination, care management, and population health management

Requirements

• Physician Assistant with a current North Carolina State License
• Located in North Carolina (positions available statewide)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated passion for taking patient care to the next level
• Strong desire to become a partner with Avance Care
