About the role
Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Float Pool position supporting urgent care clinics in Central Washington (Kennewick, Richland, Yakima). This role allows you to work at the top of your license, collaborate with a cohesive team, and contribute to modernizing healthcare by making it simpler, friendlier, and more accessible. Providers are empowered with focus, peer support, and a 5-star clinical team.
- Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM
- Schedule is created 2 months in advance; same-day shift changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
- Required to be confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting
- Perform suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, and x-ray interpretation
- Treat patients of all ages autonomously
- Collaborate with a cohesive team to deliver a ‘wow’ patient experience
- Opportunities to lead and mentor fellow providers, as desired
Requirements
- Active Washington license in good standing by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post-degree) in Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or Family Medicine

Pay
$86.70 per hour
Schedule
- 8 AM – 8 PM, PRN minimum requirement: 3 shifts per 6 weeks
- Must include one weekend shift per month and one holiday per year
