Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) - Urgent Care

Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This is a float position to support our urgent care clinics. Float Pool Region
This position supports our Puget Sound Region clinics:
- North Region: Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Bothell, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue
- Central Region: Seattle, West Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, Milton, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting
- South Region: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Puyallup, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo
Schedule
- Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM
- Full-time & part-time openings between PRN or 8-14 shifts per month
- Schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations
- Clinic location for float pool team members may vary; same-day shift changes may occur when unforeseen circumstances or callouts require providers to fill in
Responsibilities
- Practice autonomously in a fast-paced, modern urgent care environment
- Confidently perform suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, and x-ray reads
- Treat patients of all ages
- Practice team-based care without panel requirements
- Improve the patient experience and make a positive, lasting impact in healthcare
Requirements
- Washington license (active/good standing) by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree) in an UC, ED or FM setting
Compensation
