Responsibilities
- Develop the knowledge, skill, and attributes to independently and consistently provide evidence-based, patient-centered urgent care medicine, at an accelerated pace, delivering the Indigo Experience, to every patient, every time.
Requirements
- Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for learning and growth. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Indigo Fellowship Program
The Urgent Care Fellowship is a 14-week program to train nurse practitioners and physician assistants who have recently graduated or are new to urgent care. The fellowship will build upon graduate academic training to strengthen and develop skills in a variety of domains critical to successful, independent practice.
