Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) Family Medicine – Winona (.8 FTE)

About the role

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a .8 FTE experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Winona campus, family medicine department. The clinic hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00am-5:00 pm. This role will be part of the Emplify Health by Gundersen Winona primary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provides full-spectrum Family Medicine care
• Part of the Emplify Health by Gundersen Winona primary care team
• Includes pediatrics and internal medicine
• On-site urgent care, therapy, behavioral health, surgery center, eye clinic, infusion, lab, radiology, pharmacy and many sub specialty specialties

Requirements

• Completed an accredited program
• Eligible to obtain a license to practice in the multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations
• Works under the direct supervision of a physician
• Might need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system

Qualifications

• Must have advanced practice credentials
