Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, and perform procedures like suturing, wound care, abscess drainage, joint injections, and splinting
• Support patients through their care journey with clear communication, run telemedicine visits, handle follow-ups (lab results, refills, messages), and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and front office staff to keep flow moving
• Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for clinical decision support and streamlined workflow, keeping records timely and complete
• Work alongside supervising physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and join performance feedback and quality improvement initiatives
• Complete ongoing training, join monthly provider syncs and one-on-ones, and stay flexible with scheduling, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
• Suboxone and CDL certification
• New grads are welcome

Pay

• Base Salary: $125,000–$188,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: Up to $45,000 quarterly performance incentive bonuses
