About the role

MultiCare Urology is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their well-established, thriving program. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality urological care in an outpatient practice, including clinic visits, in-office procedures, and may participate in surgery.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient consults, ED consults, Rounding
• Clinic consults, follow-ups and procedures
• Patient & Family education
• Pre & Post Op visits
• In-basket Management
• APP/staff onboarding and training

Requirements

• WA State Physician Assistant license required
• WA DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required
• BLS for Healthcare providers – certification by AHA, required
• Surgical Experience Preferred

Pay and Benefits

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale is $164,800.00 - $194,600.00 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
