About the role
Ageless Men’s Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team in Tucson, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted clinician for patients pursuing lasting improvements in their health and vitality.
- Lead patient evaluations, manage treatment plans, and oversee the delivery of safe, evidence-based therapies that produce measurable results.
- Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments.
- Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic tests to inform individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications.
- Oversee the administration of weight management treatments, including GLP-1 medications, and monitor patient progress.
- Provide clinical oversight for nursing staff performing blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections.
- Review and sign off on patient charts, treatment documentation, and lab results in the EMR.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal medical regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols.
- Educate patients about hormone optimization, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to enhance results.
- Collaborate closely with the medical director and clinical leadership to maintain consistent, high-quality care across the clinic.
Requirements
- Active PA-C or NP license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred; hormone, primary care, or weight management experience a plus)
- Proficiency in ordering labs, interpreting results, and documenting in EMR systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, compliant patient care
Qualifications
- Passionate about men’s health, hormone optimization, and preventive medicine
- Skilled at interpreting labs, writing orders, and managing treatment protocols
- A strong communicator who enjoys building long-term patient relationships
- Experienced in a clinical or outpatient setting with a focus on continuity of care
