Responsibilities

As a Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Blaine, WA. This exciting role will support our Occupational Health line of service. Anticipated work schedule will be Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm and rotating Fridays, 8:00am-12:00pm. No nights, weekends or holidays! Our setting allows for more time providing quality care to patients. Join us and experience the difference!

What You’ll Do

  • Counsels patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and development.
  • Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
  • Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
  • Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
  • Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
  • Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.

What You’ll Bring

  • Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice.
  • Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable).
  • Current NCCPA national certification required.
  • Degree from ARC-PA accredited program.
  • Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
  • At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.
