Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner -OKC Region: Up To $10K Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Responsibilities

• Treating both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.)
• Preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays
• Part of a collaborative team including Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and other providers
• Delivering high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
• Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification for Physician Assistants
• Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP) for Nurse Practitioners

Qualifications

Pay

Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!

Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.
