Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Houston TX

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys hands-on procedures, musculoskeletal medicine, and integrated patient care. The position includes joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP, so previous injection experience is strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain
• Perform joint and trigger point injections
• Administer PRP and other injection therapies
• Review imaging, labs, and medical records
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options and rehabilitation
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and support staff
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Texas
• Injection experience strongly preferred
• Orthopedics, PM&R, sports medicine, or pain management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Bilingual preferred

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Friday office hours end at 12 PM

Pay

$60–$75/hour ($125K–$156K annualized), depending on experience; performance‑based bonus potential
