Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, Gastroenterology (San Francisco, CA)
Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Neurogastroenterology & motility team in San Francisco. This role focuses on outpatient evaluation and management of patients with a broad range of gastrointestinal conditions in a collaborative, physician-led practice. Open to both new graduates and experienced providers interested in building a strong foundation or continuing growth in Gastroenterology within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient evaluation and management of patients with gastrointestinal conditions
- Collaborate within a physician-led practice
- Provide patient education and develop expertise in General Gastroenterology and long-term outpatient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current California PA or NP license with NCCPA, ANCC, or AANP certification
- Open to both new graduates and experienced providers; prior experience in gastroenterology, internal medicine, or a related specialty is a plus but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently with appropriate physician support
- Interest in developing expertise in General Gastroenterology and long-term outpatient care
