About the role

The Sutter Medical Group welcomes new graduate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their dynamic Family Medicine Residency Program for the 2027 cohorts starting in April and July.

Responsibilities

• Mentored and supported by an experienced team of clinicians
• Gain valuable clinical experience in a supportive environment
• Deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
• Become well versed in the principles and practice of Family Medicine

Requirements

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program or completion of a graduate-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program meeting California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) standards
• Active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of California as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) by the month prior to the start date
