Vituity is seeking Emergency Medicine Advanced Providers to join their team at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL.

Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in improving lives in the Emergency Department
- Provide care in an Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center setting
- Two (2) years of Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Current national certifications: DEA, ACLS, PALS, and BLS required
- Current IL state license is a plus

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
