Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Dermatology Experience Required)

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician – Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its growing organization in Oregon's mid-Willamette Valley (locations may include Salem, McMinnville, Albany, and Corvallis, OR). The primary location is likely Salem, OR, with flexibility or potential for coverage in the other listed locations. The practice offers a physician‑owned, physician‑led environment with a hybrid model that blends private practice and academics, providing comprehensive services ranging from general and pediatric dermatology to dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and an active clinical research division. Providers have opportunities to teach in ACGME‑accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs, hold academic appointments at the University of Washington, and participate in monthly Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and a HIPAA‑compliant app for sharing clinical cases. The practice features in‑house CAP/CLIA‑certified labs and a separate administration company, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years post‑training dermatology clinic experience.
