Responsibilities
- Obtain a pertinent medical history, perform an appropriate physical examination, and review relevant laboratory or radiologic (or other) studies to assess the patient's medical, physical, psychological, and relevant socio-economic status.
- Formulate an accurate and appropriate diagnosis based on elicited data and include differential diagnoses as appropriate.
- Order and administer appropriate medications
