Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Schedule: Full-time, part-time $100k to $120k! Role Overview The injector's role will be to deliver a comprehensive experience for the client, anticipating every aspect of the client's needs of the client from the moment they bring the client into the treatment room. The role of our injectors will be to follow the brand-driven customer service training and injector training to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client. Responsibilities Deliver the best cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director.Conduct client consults and treatment plansEducate clientsCross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the resultComply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies Requirements Must be experienced in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Neurotoxins and Filler)Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.Up-to-date Michigan State LicenseProficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skillsHold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff membersOpen to learning new techniques and procedures and brand languageCheerful, upbeat demeanor and can-do attitudeDetail-orientedExcellent customer service and consultative skillsMinimum 3 years experience in Medical AestheticsMinimum 3 years experience with cosmetic injectablesProven selling skillsStrong business acumenStrong conflict and problem-resolution skillsComfortable discussing pricing programs with clientsUnderstanding of Social Media and marketing yourself Benefits All standard benefits are covered!
