Kadlec is seeking a full‑time physician assistant to support its Women’s Health services in Richland, Washington. Kadcad Clinic is a growing network of primary and specialty care physicians and clinics in the Tri‑Cities area. Richland, located at the confluence of the Columbia and Yakima rivers, offers abundant outdoor recreation, excellent education, and a thriving scientific, agricultural, and wine industry, with over 300 sunny days per year.
Responsibilities
- Provide post‑operative care
- Assist with hospital rounding
- Perform discharge duties
- Support clinic operations
- Deliver a mix of inpatient and outpatient care

Pay
Compensation ranges from $135,890 to $180,253 per year, potentially including productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra‑shift incentives, and CME benefits.
Schedule
- Full‑time, 1.0 FTE
- 7‑on / 7‑off schedule
- 10‑hour shifts, 26 weeks per year
