About the Role

This role involves practicing both nursing and medical functions under supervision, utilizing specialized knowledge to evaluate, diagnose, and treat human health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Gather medical histories, conduct physical exams, and review diagnostic studies.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment strategies aligned with supervising physicians.
• Perform procedures within scope and ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and health promotion.
• Document all clinical activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Participate in telehealth, manage urgent situations, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing for Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) or Bachelor's Degree for Physician Assistants (PAs), from accredited programs.
• Valid licensure and certifications relevant to the role, including specialty certifications for APNs or PAs.
• Current provider registration, BLS, DEA registration, and ongoing credentialing.
