Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Full Time
About the role
The position is for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner at an established dermatology, surgical, and cosmetic practice in Southfield, MI.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and manage patient medication regimens.
- Administer vaccinations and perform minor surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Michigan.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in dermatology, surgery, or related field.
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing.
- Passing scores on the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) or the National Licensure Exam for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
- Experience with dermatological treatments and procedures.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of dermatology and related medical specialties.

Pay
Top of market compensation structure with guaranteed base salary plus a percentage of collections.
Schedule
No weekends, No in-patient requirements. Full-time schedule (4 or more) days per week.
