About the role
The practice is a full-service general dermatology, surgical, and cosmetics practice. You will be supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team that scribes and performs clinical administrative tasks freeing you to focus on patients.Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to patients under the supervision of a physician.
- Perform physical exams, diagnose, and treat various dermatological conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Vermont.
- At least two years of relevant experience in dermatology or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passing scores from relevant board examinations (PA-C or NP).
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) or Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Completion of accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current certification in CPR.
