About the role

We are a large physician-owned group expanding in Manchester, CT. This is an opportunity to join us in working with respiratory patients in a post-acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to respiratory patients in a post-acute setting

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician Assistant or Medical Doctor with or without US residency, with current US work visa
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks), and chemical hazards
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with respiratory patients in an acute, post-acute, or pulmonologist office setting
• Skilled nursing facility experience
• Knowledge of respiratory disease states
