The role involves rounding on post-surgical patients (70%) and managing facial trauma consults (30%), including telehealth consultations for external institutions.

Work Environment

The position is based at a Level 1 Trauma center with 5 dedicated beds, supporting both inpatient and telehealth services. The average caseload is 12 patients per shift.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
• Active North Carolina medical license
• Proficient in EPIC EMR
