About the Role
This position involves providing inpatient and telehealth services in a setting with approximately 12 patients per shift.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rounding on post-surgical patients, primarily in plastics and reconstructive surgery.
- Perform inpatient consults for facial trauma.
- Handle telehealth consultations for facial trauma cases from outside institutions.
- Manage a 5-bed department in a Level 1 Trauma facility, focusing on patient care, consults, and telehealth services.
Requirements
- Board Certified with an active North Carolina license.
- Experience in plastics and reconstructive surgery.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
