We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Syracuse, NY seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our internal medicine team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Responsible for full medical management and primary care
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in New York
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience as a PA
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting

Skills

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experience
• Background in internal medicine, geriatrics or inpatient hospitalist

Pay

• Competitive compensation: $165,000 – $200,000
