About the role
This position is for a Physician Assistant to join our internal medicine team as a hospitalist in Hamilton, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Schedule shifts based on availability
- Treat patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Document patient care in medical records
- Provide continuity of care for hospitalized patients
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Current US work visa
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards, and chemical hazards
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must comply with facility vaccination requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitalist care
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$70-$80/hour
Schedule
PRN Position, Night Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM
Physical Requirements
