Responsibilities

- Follow acute and chronic pain cases - Perform consults - Develop pain policies - Provide pain education to staff - Act as the main resource for Anesthesiologists, nurses and patients - Assist in setting the standards of care for pain management

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies - NYS licensure - NCCPA certification

Qualifications

- At least one year of inpatient medicine experience

- Collaborative problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
