About the role
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) has an opportunity for a full time Physician Assistant - Health Equity for Adolescents in the Legal System (HEAL) with the Administration for Children's Services (ACS). PAGNY staffs several municipal hospitals and clinics within New York City through an affiliation agreement with NYC Health + Hospitals. PAGNY’s corporate staff provides administrative, practice management, and human resources services in support of its more than 4,000 clinical providers. The HEAL Program is a new NYC Health + Hospitals initiative to transition into being the primary provider of medical services to young people in City custody. The staff will be responsible for 24/7 medical care across two secure detention sites, two school-based health centers, and limited pharmacy services at seven non-secure sites (group homes).
