Seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a role focused on Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 16 patients daily, conducting clinic visits, follow-ups, and treatment planning, with an emphasis on care coordination and addressing patient complaints.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Active PA license
• NCCPA certification
• DEA license
• Active Adult Nurse Practitioner certification

Experience is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday workdays
• Flexible hours
• No call or weekend work
• Possible remote work options

Pay

Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $140,000 annually.
