Physician Assistant/ Family Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

This professional will deliver primary care in an outpatient clinic setting based on developed clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient records, billing sheets, and leave requests in accordance with CHC policies.
• Attend provider meetings and bimonthly management meetings.
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities as requested.
• On-call telephone coverage after clinic hours.
• Occasional weekend coverage.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited program.
• Nationally certified within one year of completion of program.
• Maintain national recertification every six years.
• Licensed in the state of Utah according to the Physician Assistant Practice Act.
• Previous experience and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are required.
