About the Role

A highly regarded critical access hospital in rural Southeast Nebraska is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join its collegial, supportive care team. This opportunity offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and flexible scheduling.

• Join an established team of 3 APPs and 1 physician
• Provide 24-hour call coverage 6-14 days per month
• Cover a low-volume emergency department and support inpatient care
• Average inpatient census of 1-2 patients
• Enjoy a high level of independence and autonomy
• Ideal for a provider comfortable practicing in a rural hospital environment
• Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• Flexible options available: PRN, part-time, or full-time
