ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their dynamic team. The opportunity includes a total earning potential of $200,000+, a competitive base salary of $135,000-$150,000, and additional compensation through a performance-based bonus model, 401k match, sign on bonus, relocation assistance, and shift differentials for eligible roles.

Compensation

• Total earning potential of $200,000+
• Base Salary: $135,000 - $150,000; depending on experience and based on 34 hours worked per week
• Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible roles
• 401K with 4% employer match

Schedule and Training

• Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full time benefits

• Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area
• Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule
• Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift

• East Burnside: 2400 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97214

Essential Functions

• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures
• Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model
• Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA
• Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care
• Experience seeing patients of all ages
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer

Working Conditions

• Standing for long periods of time
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator
• Must wear a mask as needed
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs
