Physician Assistant

About the role

The Physician Assistant will deliver an innovative, preventative healthcare model using advanced, non-invasive technology to identify health risks early. This role involves performing comprehensive screenings, creating personalized action plans, and educating members on risk factors and lifestyle strategies to improve health outcomes. You will collaborate closely with supervising Physicians, care teams, and operators to ensure seamless, high-quality member experiences and effective care continuity. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, member-centricity, and teamwork to promote early detection and healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive health screenings utilizing high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI decision support.
• Develop personalized health plans based on screening data, encouraging member follow-through and measuring downstream outcomes.
• Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risks and lifestyle modifications, ensuring engagement and understanding.
• Escalate findings to supervising physicians when necessary, maintaining clinical quality and continuity of care.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance member experience and care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active NY Physician Assistant license and NCCPA certification (PA-C).
• Minimum of 1-year post-residency outpatient experience within the last five years.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Comfort with fast-paced, tech-enabled clinical environments.
• Strong commitment to preventive medicine, team collaboration, and member-first care.
