Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide direct patient primary care under supervision of a physician
- Facilitate care coordination and clinical collaboration under supervision of a physician
- Ensure quality care and risk mitigation under supervision of a physician
Requirements
- Physician Assistant, licensed in NYS prior to start date
- Candidates with 3 or more years of experiences will be given preference

Pay
$110,000 - $115,000 annual salary (based on a full-time, 40 hour work week)
Schedule
Full-time position
Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, up to $50,000 for a full time commitment and up to $25,000 for a part time commitment. A two year commitment to serve at a FQHC is required. This tuition reimbursement program requires application and is not guaranteed.
