Compensation

$60-70/hr

• Promotes the best patient outcomes, work processes, and staff engagement

Job Functions

• Provides healthcare to patients both in clinic and via telemedicine
• Consults Center medical director or on-site staff physician for recommendations on clinical management and treatment plans
• Performs complete history and physical exams
• Provides medical opinion regarding job accommodations
• Evaluates and manages various work-related injuries and conditions
• Prescribes appropriate medications and therapies
• Orders and interprets radiographs
• Refers for specialized testing and specialty care
• Identifies appropriate limitations to activity at home and work
• Reviews treatment plan and work capacity with employers

Certifications/Skills Requirements

• Master’s degree and/or appropriate licensure to work as a N.P. or P.A.
• FMCSA certified for DOT exams (to gain certification within 90 days of hire)
• Active full DEA license
• Current BLS certificate
• High degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Customer service oriented; strong organizational skills and ability to develop relationships
• Maintains confidentiality
• Colorado Unrestricted Colorado License
• Practice according to the Colorado DOWC medical treatment guidelines
• Maintain State of Colorado Workers Compensation Division Level I accreditation
