Physician Assistant
About the role
MainStreet Family Care is expanding and seeks a fast, fun, and friendly Physician Assistant to join the team full‑time. You will deliver patient‑focused care to help patients feel better quickly, providing services that include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal candidate can lead a small team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced urgent care setting. This role is well‑suited for PAs early in their career, including brand‑new graduates (board eligibility is acceptable). After an on‑site headquarters orientation and training, you will complete several training shifts with experienced providers in one of our clinics. Ongoing support includes a competitive CME allowance, a free UpToDate subscription, and access to a provider on‑call for clinical decision‑making assistance. MainStreet invests in your success because we believe you can thrive.
You will be able to utilize your full scope of practice, treating patients of all ages — from babies and kids to adults and geriatrics — keeping your skills sharp and enhancing your marketability. In the clinic you act as the medical provider, leading and mentoring your medical‑assistant team while following established treatment protocols. The position also supports rural communities; MainStreet clinics are open 362 days a year to reduce reliance on costly ER visits, and many locations qualify for state‑funded tuition or student‑loan reimbursement grants, which we help you apply for. This opportunity represents a two‑year commitment that aims to launch your career forward.
