Physician Assistant

About the role

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers, a LifeBridge Health partner, are expanding across Baltimore County, Maryland. We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team of 32+ locations (with more opening this year). Our focus is urgent care medicine, treating a wide range of non-emergent conditions, minor trauma, and performing minor procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients of all ages
• Perform minor procedures, including:
  • Suturing
  • Incision and drainage of abscesses and paronychia
  • Foreign body removal
• Manage minor fractures and dislocations
• Interpret basic EKGs and X-rays
• Multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Experience in Urgent Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine preferred
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and 13–14 hour shifts
