Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA Certification
- Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Join a team of esteemed physicians and providers in a busy practice setting
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information
- Provide a blend of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services
- Manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
- Build relationships with patients, emphasizing bedside manner and clinical skills
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in continuity of care
- Communicate with patients regarding test results, follow-up care, and additional information
- Refer patients to specialists and relevant patient care components as appropriate
