About the role

Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)! We are seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) provider for a float position between three of our centers located in Baltimore, MD: Franklin Woods Center, Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake, and Hammonds Lane Center. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. New grads are welcome to apply.
