Physician Assistant
About the role
This is a Part Time to Full Time (20-40 hours per week) float position providing coverage across three centers: Laconia Rehab Center in Laconia, NH; Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH; and Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, NH. The role offers flexibility with no on-call or weekend requirements and can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. At least 1+ year of provider experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager
- Collaborates on-site with the Center Leadership Team for center specific goals and priorities
- Collaborates with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient specific medical care
- Provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers in the center
- Works collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high quality health care and everyday compassion
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner: graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and have a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Will consider other concentrations/specialty tracks based on experience and business need.
- Physician Assistant: graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA, take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation, PA state licensure required, NCCPA certification required
- Minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population is preferred
- In states where practice allows: APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice; PA with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice
Skills
- Clinical competency in primary and urgent care for adult and geriatric populations
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including nursing center leadership and attending physicians
Pay
Full time base salary range: $120,640 - $133,120 / year, in addition to a no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Certain benefits, including Health plans, are not available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.
