About the role

Join a team of 11 Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs in a hospital setting in a beautiful coastal Delaware community near the water, beaches, and boating. Enjoy fine seafood dining, boutiques, lighthouses, and charming coastal towns while practicing in a location where others come to vacation.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care under an approximately 80% supervision model with 20% independent cases.
• Participate in a light call schedule: one weekend per month and two weeknights per month; no 24‑hour call.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible Anesthesiologists encouraged to apply.
