Physician: Anesthesiologist. No Weekend Call Required
Base salary for a call-taking generalist is $460,000, plus an additional $50,000 sign-on bonus and $40,000 general call stipend. Total compensation of $600,000 includes the base salary, general call stipend, and picking up one Saturday 24-hour call per month ($7,200 per call, $86,400 annually). Weekend call is not required but is available for additional compensation at $250–$290/hour.

LifeBridge Metropolitan Anesthesia provides general, pediatric, and cardio-thoracic anesthesia services at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and other care centers in the greater Baltimore region.
