Physician - Allergist/Immunologist
Asthma and Allergy Associates of Florida, now affiliated with Family Allergy & Asthma, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible allergist/immunologist to join our team in multiple locations: Avon, Indiana and Fairfield, Ohio. We will continue to operate as Asthma and Allergy Associates of Florida in the region, maintaining our physicians, locations, and appointment scheduling processes.

About the Role
As an allergist/immunologist with Family Allergy & Asthma, you will provide comprehensive allergy, asthma, and immunology care in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and strong patient relationships. This position involves travel to other clinic locations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with allergy, asthma, and immunologic conditions
- Develop individualized care plans based on each patient’s needs
- Provide allergy testing, immunotherapy oversight, asthma management, and related clinical services
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team members
- Support a culture focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Allergy & Immunology
- Completion of an accredited Allergy & Immunology fellowship program
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice
- Strong commitment to patient care and clinical quality
- Ability to work collaboratively within a growing practice environment
Work Environment
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level with standard lighting. The role involves exposure to infectious waste, potential allergens in concentrated forms, diseases, and conditions.
