Family Allergy & Asthma (FAA) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible allergist/immunologist to join our team in multiple locations: Avon, Indiana and Fairfield, Ohio. Position Summary As an allergist/immunologist with Family Allergy & Asthma, you will provide comprehensive allergy, asthma, and immunology care in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and strong patient relationships. Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with allergy, asthma, and immunologic conditionsDevelop individualized care plans based on each patient’s needsProvide allergy testing, immunotherapy oversight, asthma management, and related clinical servicesCollaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team membersSupport a culture focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements Qualifications: Board certified or board eligible in Allergy & ImmunologyCompletion of an accredited Allergy & Immunology fellowship programEligible for medical licensure in the state of practiceStrong commitment to patient care and clinical qualityAbility to work collaboratively within a growing practice environment Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
