Physical Therapy Technician - Full Time

Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a full‑time Physical Therapy Technician to join the team in Washington, PA. The Technician is an unlicensed associate who works under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist, providing support in accordance with state practice acts and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist and/or observe patients performing prescribed therapy exercises and document patient responses.
• Perform basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas, including changing and laundering linens.
• Perform administrative tasks, including patient intake assistance, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software programs.
