Physical Therapy Supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy or related field.
• PREFERRED Education: Master Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy
• PREFERRED Experience: Prefer 3 years as clinician in a comparable facility. Prefer 2 years supervisory experience and/or demonstrated proficiency in those skills needed for supervisory functions.
• Required Certifications/Licenses: Possession of current Texas State license.
• PREFERRED Certifications/Licenses: Clinical Instructor Certification as applicable.
• Required Courses/Completions: Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
