Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care across varied diagnoses and settings, implementing and adjusting treatment plans, and documenting progress.Performing patient evaluations, goal setting, discharge planning, and ensuring effective communication of findings.Supervising rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students, fostering a positive learning environment.Meeting departmental productivity standards and ensuring timely documentation. Qualifications And Skills Doctorate in Physical Therapy.Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.Enrollment in a PT Doctorate program.Curiosity, coachability, commitment to learning, and readiness to specialize in orthopedics. Additional Information: The program offers advanced clinical experience, structured mentorship, didactic learning, surgical exposure, and preparation for the OCS exam.
