About the role
You will work closely with patients to learn more about their conditions and create a personalized care plan. You will consistently document a patient’s medical history and progress and communicate problems to your supervisor and other team members.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Document medical history and patient progress
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding patient care
Requirements
- Certification from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension)
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
Schedule
13-week assignment starting 08/24/2026. Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (day shift).
